baby#2 and a nervous wreck!

I am a little over 5 weeks pregnant with baby#2 and have been having on and off pinching/shooting pains here and there on my right and left side, I have a cyst on my right ovary so my dr. Told me that might be a cause to some of my pain. No bleeding at all but I worry it could be a bad sign I don't remember this with my first. Anyone else having these pains?

    They sound pretty normal as long as they're not followed with bleeding and the pain isn't only on one side.

    I had this with the first baby around 7 weeks.  Could be the stretching of your uterus.  Or who knows - but these kinds of pains are pretty common.  Just breathe!

    I had the same with my first. It was so painful and at my first ultrasound they pointed out a very large cyst on my ovary. I was told it was totally normal. By my next u/s it was gone!
