When you got your very first blood work done where were your levels at? How far along were you?
I'm almost 4 weeks... My hcg is at 56 as of yesterday. Yours?
"Because of the littleness of your faith; for truly I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you.
It's pointless to compare HCG levels as they vary widely from woman to woman. You'll only end up disappointed if they aren't as high as someone else's, and that really means nothing. As long as you are doubling every 48 hours (or close to it) and your doctor is happy with your levels then you have nothing to worry about.
Blood levels are not an accurate tracker because they vary so widely!! I don't know how far along I am yet, I find out tomorrow! But when I got my hcg bloodwork I was at 107,000. I think that's a positive! Haha.
Mine at 5 weeks 15,300 i don't know if thats good or not??
Like everyone else posting it does not matter what your numbers are at one draw, as long as they're doubling every 24-48 hours.
As for the person saying they don't know anyone who hasn't had hcg drawn, my doctor doesn't draw hcg either unless there's a problem. I didn't have mine drawn with this pregnancy or my last.
Re: Where were your HCG levels at?
Here is a guide. As you can see they can vary greatly. Best indicator is seeing how they rise.
