According to an online source a DD large iced latte only has 151mg of caffeine which is still under the 200mg "limit". Although caffeine is most risky in the first trimester, I would run it by your doctor if you are really concerned. Personally, I would go ahead.

Sorry for the poor man's siggy...ticker won't load regardless of how many tips I read.
I might be wrong here, but I also think the 200mg a day is kinda like 'don't go *consistently* over 200mg a day'. As in, if one day you got real close or a little over but normally don't get much caffeine its not a huge deal. Not ideal either, of course, but not a huge deal. One day we went to eat Thai food and I had two thai iced teas. It was hard to know how much caffeine is in them, and I had already had a soda that day too. We ended up thinking I was either just under 200mg, or just over at around 210. But generally I only have caffeine maybe 3 times a week, so cumulative I was ahead of the game. I didn't notice any difference in baby or myself that day afterwards. Like I said, could be totally wrong on the way I am looking at this, but I didn't stress about possibly going over a tad bit that day cause most other days I have none to maybe 50mg
I have a 12 ounce cup of coffee every morning, then occasionally I'll have a coke with dinner or a second coffee in the afternoon. There have also been days where I've had zero caffeine. That was always kind of my normal, though. I did cut out the triple shot espresso drinks I was fond of before. But I agree with @mellymar, occasionally slightly exceeding the daily threshold, especially now that we're out of first tri, shouldn't pose a problem.
As a barista (6 years in coffee business before teaching) that was one of the first things I asked my doctor. He told me it's fine as long as I'm not sucking down multiple shots like in college. The worry has been with the 1st Tri where I cut to 1/2caff. I now have 1 cup in the morning & sometimes 1 in the afternoon. Although I did get an iced coffee at DD yesterday & baby girl went CRAZY for like 3 hours straight. So I was chugging water all night to calm her. Know your body & know your baby! Glad to know I can get 1/2 caff at DD. I don't want a dancing queen again!!
In the words of my MIL "I smoked with my first pregnancy, he turned out fine. You should be fine." Needless to say I never ask her for advice. BUT she does make a point that many women do much worse things than drink coffee during pregnancy and their babies are just fine. I keep iced coffee by the carton and have one every morning and sometimes, I'll have a soda for lunch or dinner. It's going to be okay. :-) Order that large girl! The universe wanted you to treat yourself when it gave you that gift card. Lol.
