Still no word. What part of the country do you guys live in? I'm east coast but I have a few other friends who's applied as well from over here and we're planning a big road trip out of it.
Googled "mothers days ellen show 2015 babycenter" to see if anyone had posted anything over there about their application status and found the two people had already received their invitation!!! I decided to apply again today and posted a super desperate Facebook comment on the shows Facebook. Lol. Hoping to get someone's attention. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10204233028361592&set=o.26012002239&type=3&theater&refid=12

I just applied, thanks for the heads up!! I got tickets one time but I was too far back in line and ended up being put in a back room to watch it on tv. So I just went home. So a word of advice to get there real early if any of you make it on!

I think this works differently. These are definite tickets for seats. Not day of standby. I don't think they do that on Mother's Day.
No. but they seem to prefer to pick women from the area. I assume because guests are responsible to take home gifts, and women who travel out there for the show typically can't bring too many things home.
No word. I've applied multiple times. On the normal application and one I found for military moms. Also tried to get attention on Facebook with a photo and a desperate plea. Nothing. Starting to think I'm just not going to be selected. I'll give it like 5 more days before I give up all hope. What I've seen in previous years and already this year is that you get a email or call within two days of applying.
I'm so wrapped up in this idea and hoping for it, I had a very detailed and lengthy dream that I met up with Ellen and chatted with her about still not hearing back and how multiple FTMs I knew had applied and hadn't heard anything... and she directed me to a producer who gave us tickets. I woke up and was like, oh yeah.... thats right. Ellen Degeneres has no clue who I am. lol.
My story is First pregnancy ended in miscarriage (which happened at home) husband is active duty in navy, married for 3 years, no family out here, only very new friends... no chance of baby shower, just hoping for an opportunity to celebrate this baby in a special and memorable way. BTW Grew up in Louisiana <<< thought that would have been the cherry on top.
@ftm0915 let's just keep trying. My story is just about pouring my life into my career until now and how excited I am to finally be preggers. I keep filling out the application in the hopes it will finally get picked. I know somebody who did get picked and she's due May 14th; so I wonder if they want mommas who are popping more than us...
@Babycap15 the woman who was picked from baby center said she'd by 17 weeks at the time of taping! I was worried that was a concern as well... but I mean, 17 weeks!? no way!

i also saw someone's post that they will only be 15 weeks at the time of taping
I've applied multiple times as well hoping that doesn't hurt my chances. I'm assuming that someone different could be reading my story each time but don't know if they keep track. Has anyone tried calling recently to see if audience is full yet? I called 2 days ago but audience manager didn't answer ( i think was during a taping) and I didn't want to leave a message.
I've edited my submission a little each time...first was mostly about myself and husband...latest one I focused more on why we NEED to be in the audience and hopes for baby/what baby means to us. I also previously used a pic of husband and myself and then one of just me showing baby bump.
Has anyone heard anything? It seems like they picked a lot of May expecting moms. On another board I read they will be finished making calls on Friday.

I also called and asked if they had filled the audience yet and was told they are still looking.

I bet they are just selecting people a bit at a time to keep the excitement up over it.
