"Boner" of the Day

My local radio station has a "boner" aka stupid thing you did, of the day.

Mine happened yesterday. Took my nice camera to our family get together and didn't realize until the end of the night that I had no memory card! Just happy that I realized it now and not when baby girl is on her way!

Anybody else have a "boner" of the day?

And off topic but one of DHs friends has the nn of Boner. I guess he was always doing stupid stuff in high school. Even my super conservative MIL calls him Boner. It's just hilarious when my boys call him Boner...so inappropriate! :)

    couldn't find my wallet any where searched for about 30 min and realized I had already put it in the diaper bag :) hahha

    Great! I love a good laugh and don't mind (usually) looking like a fool. I'm laughing at myself in hindsight.

    I was trying to ask my husband to hand me my kindle. I couldn't summon the word "kindle" so after waving my arms around for a bit I finally resorted to calling it an "electric book". My husband laughed so hard he couldn't move and then handed it to me. This was 2 weeks ago and he still asks me if I want him to bring me my "electric book".

    My car's registration was up March 31, and I totally forgot about it. Thankfully, DH remembered on Thursday (4/2), so the next day I renewed it online. When I did that, it gave me a temporary registration document to keep in my car until my new one comes in the mail. I was feeling lazy and sorry for myself because my hips hurt, so I decided not to print it right away (we don't have a wireless printer, so I would've had to pick my lazy butt off the couch and walk *gasp* ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE ROOM to plug in my laptop and print it out). Well, of course, I promptly forgot about it. Thank goodness I remembered this morning - 4 days later!! - and was able to find the form in my downloads file. I don't plan to get pulled over anytime soon, but if I do, at least I won't get in even more trouble for not having my registration on me!
