I think I miscarried

earlier I had some bleeding after peeing and it has since stopped. No real cramping but I have an appointment at the OB this afternoon. I'm 6 weeks 3days. I'm devastated.

    Some light bleeding can be normal in early pregnancy. I hope everything is ok.

    Some bleeding is normal in pregnancy. Although any bleeding would cause me concern too. I had some spotting a few weeks back, called ob and they said unless I soaked a pad in an hour, it wasn't a concern. I hope everything is alright and you see your little gummy bear in there!

    I miscarried at 6 weeks in february and it was much more than "some bleeding". It was actually about 4 days of heavy bleeding with clots. So you actually might just be experiencing some unrealted/normal bleeding (fingers crossed)! I'd suggest getting in to see your OB ASAP for a scan to see if everythings ok!

    Could still be implantation bleeding or possibly a uti.

    I pray you guys are right. Blood work and ultrasound in a few hours. Bleeding has stopped.

    Let us know how it goes! I miscarried in December and it was massive cramps and lots of bleeding. The cramps really were different than just period cramps too. Hopefully all goes well! Prayers your way!

    No heartbeat and I look 4 weeks instead of 6 based on Hgc levels. Going back for blood work to check my levels again but there's no hope. I'm devastated.

    Did the doc confirm m/c? If you're only 4 weeks, then they probably just can't hear a heartbeat yet. Even if you're 6 weeks it might still be too early. Hoping for the best.

    The first day of my last period was February 15. I got a positive pregnancy test on March 22 so I should be 6 1/2 weeks pregnant. They're going to check my hgc levels again Monday but it looks bad.

    Maybe you ovulated later than you think?

    I pray there was an error somewhere and your recheck goes well. I'm with Molly on her response, could be that your only 4 weeks. I'm so sorry your having so much devastation, I'm hoping for the best [-O<

    I agree with @mollythemobster. Ultrasounds that early might not be able to detect a heartbeat. I'm praying for you!!

    The test I took on the 22nd said I was 1-2 weeks and the one I took Sunday said 2-3 weeks which means I conceived the first week of March. Stupid test is still saying 2-3 weeks pregnant but the NP said it would drop back down. I'm a mess.

    I'm really sorry to hear that. I had a similar experience in July. I hope there is some mistake and this turns out in your favor but I understand what you are saying. It doesn't sound good based on what info you have :(

    Don't use the weeks estimator as a diagnostic tool. I'm still pullin for ya!

    I had this happen to me in December. It was so hard. I was pulled along for 3 weeks hoping but ended up having a d and c. So sorry for you!

    At four weeks I would almost expect NOT to see a heartbeat. We had a repeat at 6 and 4 before we saw one. I also ovulated two weeks late so our dates were two weeks ahead of measurements. I would try not to get too freaked out yet.

    Took the words right out of my mouth. If you read the packaging, those tests tell you not to rely on the week's estimator being accurate. Would be a shame you gave up based on an otc tool that isn't diagnostic!!

    Please wait a little longer. You really could have ovulated late. They could do another ultrasound in a week and see if there's any growth.

    Don't street unless u know for sure . If it does become worst case scenario just breathe and try again when u are ready
