36 and 4 days!!! I have been having contractions for ten weeks!! In and out the hospital and so many meds to keep this girl in!! I'm so done. I'm so so excited to meet her! Our goal is for me to reach this Saturday due to all my complications!! Doctor said she doesn't think I'll make it past next week. Nervous but excited. Just want to hold a healthy baby girl in my arms
36+1. My Dr said that baby boy is very low and engaged! She wants to sweep my membranes next week if I am dilated at all. The plan is to induce around 38wks due to gallbladder complications so she is trying to get my body to go on its own before then.
Me!! So excited and happy because this was our goal. I was high risk for preterm and I have had contractions for 11 weeks daily!!! So so so ready!! Doctor have me the approval to start walking and no more bed rest on Monday so I have been non stop!! We are hoping it's time and these contractions start making me dilate some more!! I have been 1 and a half for a month!! ☺️
I'm 37+2 today. Dr said we can do a membrane sweep on Wednesday but I still haven't decided if I want it. But still very excited to meet my second baby boy and mat leave started today
Quick update. 37 weeks today. I think it's Braxton hicks I've been getting this morning my stomach would go rock hard for a min or so then ease off. Might sound silly but will I know when I loose my mucus plug? Does that happen just at the end?

Not everyone loses their mucus plug so this is not a good predictor on labor. Mucus plugs can also regenerate. My labor contractions were regular, became more frequent and were much more painful than Braxton Hicks. If you drink water and change position and they don't go away you could be in pre labor. It is all about them being regular and intensifying though.
37 weeks today. Dr said I'm 1cm and 70% thinned. Having contractions randomly but nothing stable. Hopefully my little man will make an appearance on his own. I'm a ftm and know that there is always the possibility of going over your due date. Meh.
