This morning I woke up with a sharp cramp like feeling on my left side. I am 18w4d. The pain is better when I'm relaxing, but does cause some discomfort when walking, cleaning etc. It sort of feels like a swimmers cramp (when you go swimming right after you eat) should I be worried or could this just be round ligament pain? I also should mention that I was very upset yesterday and cried pretty much all day.
I am having time all the time. Last night my son needed to go to the bathroom at like 2am and I moved to fast to get up, incredible cramp across the whole front of my stomach. I'm just chalking it up to the process of things stretching out. If in doubt, place a call to your doctor and get that reassurance.

I'm getting similar feelings when I do too much or move to quickly also. I think if anything is medically alarming to you always always make a call to your doc to be safe. Praying all is well and u feel better soon PS You being upset will affect the baby and can cause contractions. Not to scare you but I went through that with my first and was upset so often it caused me to go into pre term at 33 weeks very scary
