Shea is nice and one of the few true gender neutral names IMO. Ireland is NMS but not horrifying.

Sounds like a city in Ireland

No longer live in NY but still think of the stadium. Then I always think of Kevin James because he's a huge fan and did name a daughter Shea.

I'm from Florida and even I think of the stadium. It doesn't really roll off the tongue either. I like Ireland Shea better.

Shea is not my style but okay.

Ireland, is trying too hard. If you're Irish, give (assuming her) and Irish name. If you're not Irish, just find something else because it's really, really, really trying too hard to be Irish.

I'm not loving Ireland but I do like Shea.

    Middle names for Shea?

    Shea Margaret
    Shea Bronwen
    Shea Carys
    Shea Bernice

    Shea Jeanne
    Shea Erica

Audrey I think is the better name, and the best of what you just posted.
Aubrey and Quinn are both masculine (really, so is Shea....) So I'd toss them.

    Audrey Kate
    Audrey Shea
    Audrey Jean
    Audrey Marie

    Audrey Camille
    Audrey Maeve
    Audrey Erin

Is it "Shay" or "Shay-uh"? I'm thinking it's the first, but I keep wanting to say the second.

Ireland is the name of a country, not a person.

    Its pronounced Shay

    This.
Ireland is a bit too on the nose for me as well. If you're trying to honour Irish heritage, I would suggest Erin instead (it means Ireland but also is a genuine name and isn't as obvious) or just go with an Irish name - there are so many beautiful options.

I'm not really a fan of Shea or Ireland.

I prefer Shea for a boy. I don't care for Ireland at all.
