gas pain in shoulder after miscarriage?

I had a natural miscarriage on Thursday. We went in for our appt Mon and found no heartbeat and the baby had quit growing at six weeks. Thursday everything passed and ever since then I started feeling intense gas pains in my right shoulder and under my ribcage. It eases when I pass gas, sometimes gas relief meds are helping. But it keeps coming back in the same spot. Anyone else have this happen?
