Last week I....? Did you accomplish last weeks goals...
YES! I ran 3 miles with my new sports bra. It still jiggled, but was much better. It felt like hauling cement, but I made it. I did the Hula 2x and I need to do it more. I just get so tired on my "light" days.
What are your intentions/goals for this week?
The gym this sat and sun for some more running! And one more day of hiking. Oh and after this post, going to try this 30DS thing. I have Netflix and will see what Jillian has in store for me.
Question ~ What is your fave Lean Cuisine meal?
I eat this well, bc its fast. I like the lasagna and the swedish meatballs. French Bread pizza is always a nice snack.

Not even close! Between the flu and work headaches, I'm happy I survived the week (last and this).

I want to try the 4 week ab workout in Shape magazine, walk daily, and do some weights.

This was a tough week for fitness - I am back at work full time and DH is the night call resident so he is at the hospital all night long. My plan to run to work will be delayed one more week
I intend to run to work 3/4 days this week. I'd like to figure out a schedule so I can continue weights and abs too.
LC - the spaghetti with meatsauce is reliable. The butternut squash ravioli and chicken carbonara are good too.
