  We had the Graco Click Connect system with my DD, and we liked it. It's under $200 at most stores. We had the jogging stroller, which we loved but it is more $$$.

  If you are on a tight budget consider skipping an infant seat and getting a convertible car seat. (Be sure to pick a convertible with low harness straps to fit your newborn.) Evenflo Sureride or Titan 65 will last your child a long time and it is very budget friendly. (Most people will only use their infant seats for the first 6 months or so.)
  
  Or get an inexpensive infant seat and a snap n go from Craigslist or consignment store. You can get a nicer stroller for when baby is a bit older.

  I recieved a graco touring system as a gift at my shower and sold it later on Craigslist (the stroller) for very little when I had my second child. You can buy a nice used stroller for $50 and a car seat but I don't suggest buying those used ( you don't know the history if in an accident, can't be used, car seats expire)
  
  I agree with PP that a convertible seat will last longer and infant seats are kind if a waste. They are only handy for carting baby around really.
