We recently sold our old home, and we used Austin All Maids (www.austin-all-maids.com) for the move out clean. They were prompt, friendly, extremely thorough, and very affordable. I haven't used them at our new house yet, but I would think they'd be great in a regular cleaning situation (not just move-out).
