Tata troubles

My tatas have been growing at a ridiculous rate, so much so that I've gotten bruises from the constant growth. They hurt immensely and I feel like I might hulk out on someone if they brush up against me. Ive had pinkish /red colostrum come out too, but the new thing, the shiny gleam on my nipples is freaking me out . Any one else freaking out.about their boobs?
My OB informed me that it's all normal.

    Mine were large to begin with and I've all ready gone up a cup size. My nipples are still really tender/sore. Other than that, I haven't experienced any other changes to them.

    Im not leaking but they keep growing they are huge, extremely sensitive and sometimes I get stabbing pains in them and itching. One morning I woke up with a really swollen nipple but just on the left boob and it resloved by night time- I think it was from being squished while I slept... Still not sure but yeah lots of booby symptoms that I don't remember having the first time around.
