fatigue and sore boobs at 5 weeks

So I'm 5 weeks pregnant and found out 2 weeks in. And have been feeling really really tired I'm talking fatigue to the extreme! And having 3 kids already ages 12,9,6 years old. I feel so exhausted. Luckily my fiancé has been so supportive and has taken on some extra house duties like sweeping and doing laundry so I can sneak a nap or two in. These past two nights I've woke up in the middle of the night extremely sore and swollen from my boobs. And the pain is unbearable is this normal?? Because it's bad my fiancé has to get out of bed and gather warm rags and help soothe the pain. I have not experienced this pain before when I was pregnant so it's something all new to me.

    Both sound pretty normal to me, especially since your body has done this before, but if you're concerned if mention it at your next appt
