Nope, not ashamed at all ;-) admittedly wanted a boy and found out we're having a girl haha. She's healthy, and we're happy, but we had to get used to the idea of raising a daughter. My dad also wanted a son, and ended up with 4 daughters! I never felt less loved because he said he wanted a son, that would be stupid. Nothing wrong with him or me wishing we could have a son. I still hope I get one someday!ChelKlav said:All of you should be ashamed. Be thankful you can have healthy babies. Gender should not matter.
Re: Gender Emotions! So stuck on wanting a Boy. Anyone else?
Fingers crossed for you that it's a boy :-)
Hope you get what you want, if not, kick your hubby's ass... It's down to him what gender the baby is
Think of it this way, there's so many women out there who can't have a baby, so let's make the most of what we've got, and thank the Lord, coz we've been blessed :-)

@Rhill30. I said, My best friend has a girl (just turned 5) and shes so.different than my experience with a boy. Cried more, prissy, attitude, demanding... It scares me." NOT that all girls are. I agree every child is different. My best friend (with a girl) says she cant picture having a boy. Its easy to fear the unknown! Thats why Ive come here for reassurece, I am sorry if I worded this wrong and have offended anyone.
