Totally normal. I'm in the same boat. Welcome to never getting a good nights sleep again ha ha. I don't think I've slept well since I was pregnant with my first, and after she was born it was game over. Bye bye sleep! It was nice knowing you
Same here! Every night around 3, I'm getting up. Usually I'm having some mild cramps so I'm hoping once they subside, maybe- hopefully I'll get to sleeping better.....
Yes! I have have very vivid dreams an many night time wake ups since conception.. It has always been my earliest symptom. I had been so exhausted that I finally took a Benadryl last night and for the first time since pregnancy I slept like a baby!
I thought I was the only one, or that I was going crazy that this was a pregnancy symptom! I've been waking up around three a.m. every morning, and can't fall back asleep. Nice to know I'm not the only one. It seems strange that this is happening so early in the pregnancy, since I'm not uncomfortable or anything.
My sleeping issue is my breast are extremely tender. Hurts to sleep on my belly and on my side, lying on my back has always been a hard sleeping position for me. May a big body pillow will help
Me to. No sleep. I toss around all night. Night sweats sometimes, and bad dreams. I recently bought a relaxing sound machine to use at night. It seemed to really help me lastnight. Hoping it does the trick tonight. Get your sleep now ladies
That is completely normal. I have always had trouble sleeping later on in pregnancy, but I do remember with my first that I had some trouble sleeping for a couple of weeks earlier on. This time I just can't keep my eyes open, I have so many shows piling up on dvr right now that I haven't been able to watch because I am just too tired and can't keep my eyes open.
eta: You're able to take Diphenhydramine (what's in tylenol pm) during pregnancy, so maybe try taking one or two of those and see if that helps you sleep any.
I'm in the same boat. I can fall asleep, but I start waking up around 1:30am. I can't get comfortable and I'm sleeping so lightly that any little noise wakes me up. Certainly doesn't help my already terrible exhaustion.
