Itchy hive like rash at 7 weeks???

So today I have broken out in this itchy rash on my knees and elbows!! It looks like hives mainly and some red bumps. I'm going to make an appt with my dr tomorrow as it's driving me nuts! I'm not allergic to anything and I'm not usin any new soap or laundry detergent....any one have any idea what this could be??

    I got a rash from using the same bubble bath I have always used. Seems it's normal to be allergic to everyday things we use now. I stopped using the bubble bath and the rash/hives/bumps went away.
