what is the earliest the Dr. will take you in to have your little one...someone told me never before 39 weeks...just wasnt sure if that was correct?

I believe that's correct for complication free pregnancy. Both mine were delivered at 39w 0d.

As long as there are no complications, they want your LO in min 39 weeks, but out before 40 so you don't go naturally into labor.

My daughter was planned ceserean and born at 38 weeks.

39 weeks is the norm. I just had DS2 at 37w6d due to previous complications. As it goes, I actually went into labor that day too so I guess it was meant to be!
