Swimsuits - Rock the bump or cover it up?

So how many of you ladies will be wearing bikinis this season and how many will opt for bump coverage? I personally think a preggy in a bikini is adorable but am not sure if I have the courage to pull it off. :)

  • I'm a one-piece / tankini wearer even when I'm not pregnant. My bump will most likely be covered!

    Bikini-mama right here!
  • I have had 2 winter pregnancies and this is my first summer one and will be rocking the belly. All day long haha! I have no neighbours!
  • Sooo going to rock the bump!
  • I'm a bump-showing, bikini wearing mommy. My husband lives for my pregnant body!
  • I don't go to the pool or beach much but if the opportunity arises I will be wearing a bikini

  • If its just a belly and not everythings all "flappy slappy" by then im sure i will be rocking a bikini. ;)
  • Tankini is the way to go. No way I can squeeze into a one piece. I'll feel like a sausage!
  • I wear tankinis either way
  • I feel like I am leaning towards bikini but with shorts or something. I am really unhappy with my thighs/butt, but have no problem flaunting my belly! I agree with @AmommyB it's the first time I don't have to suck it it!
  • Bikini! I just got home from a cruise and wore bikinis. I've never owned a one piece.
  • I've never worn a bikini in my life: until we went to the beach when I was 30weeks pregnant. It was faaaahbulous! Normally I do a one-piece, but I find myself pregnant yet again in the summer. So tankini or bikini all the way!
  • Bikini baby ;)
  • I will rock a bikini but don't think I'll make it to the beach this year :(
  • Love the pic @SewSewBlessed. You look fabulous!
  • I guess it depends on what the situation is and whether you feel comfortable or not. We had a fortnight of freakish summer weather last time I was pregnant and it's only right to make the most of it x
  • I'm stretch mark tastic from pregnancy #1... so I'll be full coverage if I have the courage to wear a bathing suit at all!

Show your stuff momma! I'm sure you look beautiful! I have some stripes on my thighs so I will probably do a wrap around my booty. But I'm loving the fact that my stomach is tighter than tight!!! I'm sure u look fantastic!
  • I will be a bikini mama!!

I have the skin of a vampire so I cover up anyway. Pregnant women in bikinis are beautiful though and I wish I could rock it!

  • Bikini!!!! I love not having to worry about sucking in. But I am also in the camp that everyones body is beautiful. Be proud of who you are.
  • Bikini baby of course :)

  • I've never worn a bikini in my life. Just NMS. But I've also never felt so comfortable with my body as I do right now! So if that keeps up further into my pregnancy, I will have to bring out the bikini :)
  • I think a pregnant belly is adorable, but I also think it's only for my husband's eyes to see!
  • If its just a belly and not everythings all "flappy slappy" by then im sure i will be rocking a bikini. ;)

This cracked me up. I agree! Bikini for me as long as I don't get too "flappy slappy."
  • Definitely gonna wear a bikini & show off my bump :)
  • As long as I don't look "fat" in it, I'm flaunting the belly.
  • depending on how sad my thighs look, i'll go for the bikini, or the bikini with shorts. not running has really caused me to lose a lot of tone in my thunder thighs. :( but i am also a pasty white person who burns like nobody's business, so i doubt i'll be brave enough to put the belly out there, haha.
  • If my stretch marks get much worse, it will be a tankini for me. I'm not at all opposed to the Preggo bikini though! If I had my own pool, I'd do it no matter what.
  • Bikini! I've always worn them, they're how I felt most comfortable so hopefully I can feel comfortable in them while pregnant as well. The one piece makes me feels self conscious that it's hugging everything and I don't think I've ever seen one with padding in the boobs so people don't see the nips when they're hard haha
  • We're headed to Maui on Wednesday & I'm taking both - a bikini and a tankini!  I have never been more excited! LOL

Honestly I feel like I look more fat than pregnant, but guess what? I don't give two shits! :)
  • One piece for me.  Not because I have anything against a bikini but I am just more comfortable in a one piece ;)
  • Hubby votes bikini, which makes me happy. :)

    Lol @ nipple issues!!! X
  • I'm 22 weeks 4 days and finally starting to look more pregnant! I am definitely going to be rocking a bikini when I go swimming on Wednesday for some exercise. I can't wait till my belly is much bigger in the summer!
