This is my 3rd pregnancy and there will be 21 months between this baby and my daughter. My daughter and son are 25 months apart. What's your spacing like?
My son turns 2 in May and will be almost 2.5 when the new baby comes. I think this is a pretty good age gap because they'll still be close enough to play together, but the older one will have reached some necessary milestones by then. He'll be old enough to forward-face in his car seat (the ONLY way 2 seats will be able to fit in our car), and he'll be in his toddler bed so #2 can have the crib. Also, we're working on weaning now, with a goal of being done by 2, so he'll be done nursing for a few moths before someone else takes over "his" boobies. And potty training is hopefully not too far off, so I'll only have 2 in diapers for a few moths or so.
Also, he's taken an interest in smaller babies lately, and stopped acting jealous when he sees me with his newborn cousin or the 4-month I babysit sometimes. This makes me think the transition to being big brother might not be too bad and he might actually LIKE it!
My daughter will be 4 next December and there's 21 months difference between her and my son. My son and new baby will be two years apart- my son is also an October baby
My boys are 14 & 17 months apart. Then 10 yrs difference between youngest son and my daughter who is 9 months. Her and the new baby will be 16 months apart. It was planned.
My oldest girl is 9 she'll be almost 10, my son will be 5, and my baby girl & these two will be 14 months apart! I'm used to having 4-5 years in between so this will be crazy!! lol
There are 3 years 4 months between DD#1 and DD#2. I am due 2 weeks after DD#2's 2nd birthday. DD#1 will be about 5 years 5 months older than the little one :-)
This is my 2nd baby, and there will be about 3.5 years between. It took over a year to get pregnant, but thinking back, I think we'll have a good spacing! She's so helpful and independent already, so I think the adjustment will go well Fingers crossed!
This baby will be born a month shy of 3 years from my daughter. I think this much space at least was necessary for her, I'm glad it turned out this way.
