Cramps 4 weeks 6days

Hi I just found of out I'm pregnant during the week, I have horrible back pains and some weird pains in my tummy and cervix , is it normal ? People are saying it's my body getting ready ? But I'm unsure

    It is normal to experience back pains and cramping similar to the pains you feel on your period. It's your body getting ready and sweet baby growing. Any pains worse you should contact your doctor.
