Im due to give birth to my first child on the 9th march but yesterday morning i started to get pains in my back and my sides. Which also led to pressure which also occured in my crotch and bum, it got worse as the day went on with frequent trips to the toilet which was some times a little bit of urnie and discharge or a lot. It became harder to walk as the day went on so i went to bed with a hot water bottle thinking i had just over done it or it was braxton hicks. The pain turned in to a cramping pain, Through the night i woke up in a bit of pain when i moved to get up to go to the toilet or rolled over, when i woke up this morning the pain was still there which through the day has got worse again but after a little sleep is back to only when i move but through all this my baby girl has been happy kicking through the pain. I was just wondering what it was and could it be slow labour starting as i have only got 7 days left? X
Re: Slow labour?
They basically told me it was probably little man dropping down and the change in my body triggered cramping ect.
I mean, anything is possible but it's likely just the before prep your body is doing
