I have never done this in my life, wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this--every night I wake up at almost the exact same time (2-2:30) and I make some raisin toast and have a glass of milk. Recently I overslept my new meal time and woke up at 4 am with a raging headache. I'm eating normally during the day.
Ive experianced this is usually at the beginning of the pregnancy im assuming because of everything going on with our bodies. I dont do it everyday with this pregnancy but i do it a few times a week. Same headache as well. It will eventually fade. I used to have a banana and a cup of milk. Now i do that or some cereal. And wake up in the morning still starving!! Hope you feel better soon
We have a bunch of threads on this topic, it's happening to a lot of us! Hang in there. I drink a protein shake before bed now and it certainly helps. Before that, the hunger pains were so intense that they would wake me up twice a night and I could not go back to sleep. My doc says eating less salt and drinking more water helps too, so I'm working on that now. Hang in there!
I work overnights and my lunch is normally at either 2 or 3 in the morning and when I'm off I wake up at those exact times hungry on the verge of starving no matter if I ate right before going to bed. Most nights my fiancé will get up and fix me something because I'm definitely too lazy to get up and do it myself...soon he starts a new job and probably won't be getting up for me anymore...no idea what I'll do when that happens! lol
I want some cereal and milk so bad right now but the milk smells rancid to me. Husband thinks I'm crazy as he happily drank two glasses tonight. I wanted to gag watching him drink it.
I just had some saltines but now I want fruit juice (which we don't ever buy).
