I feel like since I found out I'm preganant, I've had zero motivation to exercise!

I know it's healthy for the baby but I just don't have any energy. This was going to be my year to be fit and I even went out and bought a fitbit the day before I found out I was pregnant.
I'm ten and a half weeks and feel guilty for not getting up and out more for my health. I'm a teacher, so I walk 3-5 miles throughout the day at work but that's it!
How much are you mommies exercising?

I always thought it would be easy to keep exercising on the same level, but it's been really hard. I'm really going to try to step things up for the baby and to hopefully have an easier labor.
Just kidding. I used to walk 1+ miles with my dog, but between the exhaustion and the 6 feet of snow that has just not happened...
I'm with @MiromiM though and a teacher... always on my feet.
My husband and I own a farm though, and no matter how cruddy I feel there's a lot of chores everyday. I manage to get through those, I take longer breaks and am useless on the couch after haha, but I get through it.
My husband helps a lot but there's way to much for one person to do.
So long story short, not really exercising right now but still pretty active.
Ironically the month I stopped running is the month I conceived and since then I have just been so physically exhausted. I try to walk when I can but this solid ice has made it hard lately.. Looking forward to spring temps! I've also noticed when I do yoga--regular depth in stretches--I end up with these horrible pulled muscles in my buttock!! I guess it's just everything loosening up but i took that to mean I could chill for a few weeks. 2nd trimester, different story! I've been feeling better at 9 1/2 weeks and been hitting the gym for some walking on the treadmill and maybe some elliptical. I'd like to start swimming but there's no way I'll find that motivation when it's still 30° outside
I found that exercise made me feel better when tired or nauseous!
However , the exhaustion has taken over ( going to bed at 730pm waking at 830AM) most nights with the daily routine of a midnight snack
I'm hoping at 14 weeks ( after my
Next appt ) to enroll in a prenatal water aerobics and yoga class !
My advice: Just drink lots of water and pace yourself as needed. No need to maintain the same intensity if it doesn't feel right. And if you don't feel like doing anything, don't worry about it - you're making a baby!
