Re: Feb. 19 Check In
@suziq1978 as @emsmama15 mentioned about the HSG, the same was true for us.
Also @emsmama15 you are a little ahead of me but we can still be buddies
1. Kindershlitz/MI
2. TTC #2 on cycle 20
3. Working with an RE, prepping for iui 2- femara, trigger, synthroid, pnv
4. CD4 (day 2 Femara)
5. Trying to stay positive. Our insurance picked up quite a bit of our previous cycle's ultrasound fees so yea!
QOTW: I also like Bradley Cooper. I also have a thing for David Beckham
My OB scheduled my HSG, technically it's not an infertility treatment so maybe you could sneak it in? Not to encourage being sneaky! I had a second one done due to a csection because scar tissue can be an issue.
I'm sorry you are down about your deadline
NTNP since 11/12, actively trying since 8/14
11/15: Letrozole, Ovidrel, TI = BFP!!!
Beta #1(14dpo)=349, Beta #2(18dpo)=2,805
12/17/15: Got to see the heartbeat (105bpm)!
1/25/16: NT scan = normal (HB=163bpm)
EDD: 8/10/16
8/8/16: Baby boy born @ 12:25am, 8lbs, 20.5 inches
5/18/17: BFP!!! (11dpo)
Beta #1(12dpo)=176.4, Beta #2(15dpo)=607.1
2. How long have you been TTC? 21 Months, ttc #1
3. What are you doing this cycle? Unmedicated FET end of Feb/early March. I go to Cornell in NY.
4. Where are you in your cycle? Day 14, waiting for LH surge and then 5 days from there FET. This is my first FET, but with my initial IVF I went in for a pregnancy test day 10 post transfer
5. How do you feel about this cycle? At this point we're impatient and frustrated. I find myself exceedingly sensitive but my husband has been awesome throughout the whole process, so that's been pretty great. Now that the FET is coming up I'm pretty excited but very guarded after my chemical pregnancy. Last time, within an hour of the nurse calling to congratulate me about a positive blood test, we were talking names and baby furniture and staring at the embryo pic we were given when we transferred, and this time I think even if it works I don't want to talk about anything until we hear a heartbeat 12 weeks in. Probably not unlike a lot of women on here, I won't think it's even real until someone hands me a lanky, Irish screaming child:) (maybe not the Irish and lanky for everyone, but you know what I mean.)
QOTW: Who is your celebrity crush? My celeb crush would be a young Paul Newman or current Matt Bomer
My rant is how annoying I randoms are who remind me how old I am (like who forgets how old they are, it's not like the symbol for boron, yes, I'm aware I'm 36) or ask personal questions when really it wouldn't affect them if we had kids or not. Okay, rant done.
Good luck Emsmama15, Aus, SuziQ1978, Jill and Melissa!
Sorry about your sister Aus- some people just blow at this stuff. It's really disappointing, but that's why I tend to rely on this board when it comes to support and people who understand. If you've voiced it to her and her actions are not changing that's smart to change your expectations...let her change the particularly poopie diapers for sure.

2. Since miscarriage and D&C surgery May 2012, IVF/ICSI is our only option because of DH's dx.
3. Potentially IVF/ICSI #4 with a fresh PESA for DH and then CCS and later FET at the "big clinic".
4. Going Friday for my annual/pap and additional blood work requested for IVF/ICSI #4. DH has a phone consult with a new infertility urologist on the 25th. Waiting for blood results from tests from the work-up. Waiting for AF hopefully this weekend for CD 3 testing which needs to be drawn here but sent to the "big clinc" and to see if this cycle is even possible for us.5. Anxious about test results and whether we can move forward. Also the costs are absolutely staggering so feeling guilty about that.

@Teenie16 I really hope the IVF works out for you! We are meeting with the RE next week to decide between iui or ivf if this cycle fails. It's so very hard to get all the appointments in so to not have time off makes it that much more stressful
