Just wondering what the definition of modified bed rest is? Doc will not explain clearly.

    I am on modified bedrest and I have 2 Drs- a regular ob and a specialist. My specialist says no anything- just lay in bed and use restroom. My ob says I can go out to dinner, do light cleaning etc. I am going with my specialist because when I followed obs advice I had another bleeding episode.
