I just don't FEEL pregnant. Anyone else?

I'm 8wks today and I'm just not feeling pregnant. I really don't have any symptoms anymore. Weeks 4-7 I was EXHAUSTED and had minor/sporadic cramps but now I feel great. I don't want to complain (so happy to not have morning sickness!) but I actually poke my boobs every morning to make sure they're still sore! Almost tempted to pee on another stick. Am I crazy or does anyone else feel this way?

Re: I just don't FEEL pregnant. Anyone else?

  • I'm 8 weeks tomorrow. I don't have symptoms either. Except I feel ill and dizzy if I don't eat a meal. Other than that, I had morning sickness during week 6 and slightly tender boobs the whole time. I don't even have the frequent urination all the websites say I should have.

  • I'd probably pee on a stick if it were me. haha. To be honest, there are moments I feel totally normal whatever, but then the symptoms come back. At 8 weeks (and still am) peeing a lot and exhausted. I do know it's common for things to come and go, and change but I always felt it in my belly...like a heaviness.

  • I feel the same way. I'm 7 week, and about up until five days ago I was exhausted and peeing a lot but no morning sickness. Now I have been feeling completely back to myself except the tiny bit of sore breast but absolutely no exhaustion and not peeing as much. I had a miscarriage back in October so my doctor had me have an ultrasound two days ago so I was happy to see the heartbeat which gave me reassurance because I was worried for feeling not pregnant anymore. So I wouldn't worry about it. Each pregnancy is soooo different.
  • I'm feeling the same way. Not complaining but worried sometimes that something is wrong.
  • Hiya :) Im also 8 weeks today. I haven't had any symptoms what so ever and was quite worried about it all but had my first ultrasound Wednesday and saw my baby in there and it's little heart beating:). So please try not to worry to much, apparently we are classed as the 'lucky ones' :)
  • Honestly even with the exhaustion and sickness and my baby bump I still don't feel pregnant! It's weird my brain just isn't accepting it even though I know I am?
  • Im also 8w5d and dont have any of the symptoms any more, except for some cramps in my sides, its kinda worriesome at times, but every day I look at my belly, i know my baby is still growing! We just have to be happy were all lucky

I'm almost 11weeks and still catch myself feeling 100% normal! I somehow managed to not get any morning sickness either, thank goodness! Other than being hungry nonstop, bad sore boobs, and sleepy...one would never know! I thought I'd get acne for sure because in my teens I had troubled skin, but my skin is actually less oily and dang near perfect?!?!!! I'm in shock! My hair never gets oily either, thats new for me. So weird, but I'm not complaining!!!
  • I asked my doctor about this because every time I feel like my symptoms have faded I start having flashback panic attacks about mc history. He said that sudden loss of symptoms could mean something, but there are too many variables for it to be a good indicator of anything negative ( I assume different women, pregnancies, hormone fluctuations, etc). So far, my symptoms come and go and have lessened some in general since I hit about 8 weeks... Im 10 weeks today.
  • This is how I feel!!!! I'm 7wks2days and I worry constantly because I feel the same way. I've lost quite a bit of breast tenderness in the past week or so, even tho they are still slightly tender and ITCHY, I'm a wreck from the worrying. I think everyone is right though, things flucuate. With losing breast tenderness, I gained the inability to stay awake past 7:30pm and feeling sick when I'm hungry and feeling sick when I eat (no puking yet FX!!). You'll get there!!!
  • 8 weeks today and the ms is gone too. Still hugely bloated though and very tired. Sounds like a lot of us are feeling the same!

  • This pregnancy is NOTHING like my first! Much milder symptoms so I completely understand your thought process lol. Feel lucky though! Not everyone has it as easy as us ;)
  • Obviously you are so not alone. I didn't feel preggers until I saw the u/s on Wed and I knew for a fact there was something moving in there!

  • Ok, I hate you all...lol...just kidding, I'm glad you aren't sick. I'm beginning to think my baby hates me even though morning sickness is a lot less than with my 14 and 16 year olds.

    That's exactly how I feel!
  • I don't think I feel pregnant. I feel like CRAP. So maybe I do feel pregnant and it just wasn't as glorious as I anticipated LOL.

I randomly get upset because I just don't feel like myself. I try and remind myself that this will pass... but because it doesn't feel like "pregnancy" yet and I have no bump it just sort of feels like "the way I am now". Tired, lazy, waves of nausea.... moodiness. Excited as I approach 12 weeks to regain some energy!

Will all be worth it in the end.

  • I'm 8 weeks 6 days and have had several days where I've felt pretty darn good! Which in return makes me question if all is well in there. I seem to be developing a pattern though....2-3 days are good days and then I have a really bad day with awful nausea. Aren't hormones fantastic?! Blah:(

I'm almost 12 weeks and never had any symptoms. Sometimes I wish I got MS just so I know the baby is in there and ok. But since I also know I have no symptoms of a miscarriage that is reassuring. :)
  • Other than insane hunger pains all day and a little nausea, I don't feel pregnant either. I'm 9.5 weeks and don't get to hear baby's heart beat until my 12 week appointment, so I can feel your anxiety! It sucks, but no symptoms doesn't have to be a bad thing. For some women they come and go, and for some women they don't even exist the majority of the pregnancy. I'm just trying to enjoy the easy days and prep myself for possible harder ones. Everything will be fine.
