  Seeing blood is scary...I still check every time I go to the bathroom. I spotted with no cramping for about a week at 22 weeks due to (what my dr. said was) overdoing it by carrying around a 15 lb. child I was babysitting for. The constant carrying/bouncing/walking caused me to start bleeding. The u/s was normal, no placental issues and baby was fine. They told me to take it easy and no heavy lifting from here on out. It stopped after a week of rest. I also stopped babysitting for that family. It wasn't worth the risk.
  
  It's great that everything checked out well at the doctor. Maybe just take it easy for a few days to let your body recover. And of course, call your doctor if you have any more worries about this. That's what they're there for. *hugs*

  I had bleeding on and off up to 22 weeks. Everything looked fine. My OB suggested it was due to cervical irritation or possibly doing too much as PP said. She had me on pelvic rest for a couple weeks and told me to take it easy. I haven't had an issue since. I am glad everything looked good on your scan! Maybe just try taking it easy for the next few days and avoid lifting anything. Like PP said if you are still worried or have any more bleeding call your OB.

  Pretty much the exact same story here! Im 25 weeks and haven't had any bleeding since about 21 weeks. However my OB could never pinpoint the bleeding.

  Yep pretty much what they told me. They thought it was due to placenta previa but it had moved so they were never sure. It's gone now and I am hoping it doesn't come back;) I am 28 weeks now.

  Yikes so glad everyone's bleeding stopped. I definitely wish I could know why it happened for piece of mind but if they can't tell me I guess I will never know. I work with children and do sometimes forget I can't life them anymore... maybe that's why... I have a week off work now.. I guess this will be my time to rest. Thank you guys

  I am 27 weeks and started bleeding last Friday. I had some spotting before at about 23 weeks. I feel your stress!!! I have been off work for about a week just resting trying to get the bleeding to stop. They said I might just bleed until the end. They can't pinpoint it... Just hoping everything is ok!!! Good luck!!!!
