Anyone else's baby still flipping?

My doctor and I were planning on an induction on my due date, 2/5, due to baby measuring large, but by the time we went to schedule it, they were full so we waited it out. At my 40 week appointment on 2/5 I had an ultrasound which showed baby was breech (previously head down) so I was ordered a c-section that night. Once again, they were too full so I got moved to the next morning. Went in for my c-section that morning and had another ultrasound only to find that baby flipped again so they sent me home!! I'm really hoping he or she doesn't flip again before my newest induction appointment later this week! How does such a 'big baby' even have room to flip at 40 weeks?! What a crazy few days!

  • Crazy, I'm sure you're rather annoyed at this point but from an outside perspective it's almost comical. Silly kid. My guy is has been and seemingly is remaining breech. I would love for him to flip around but he's not quite as acrobatic as your little one.

  • My son has flipped twice. I'm only 37 weeks but I was scheduled for a csection on 2/21 if he hasn't flipped back. I wasn't ever scheduled for induction. Is that how things are supposed to work?
  • That would be extremely frustrating! Mine is head down but can't decide if he/she wants to be posterior or not. I'm hoping not. Everytime I can feel he/she is posterior I try pushing on him/her to convince this little one to rotate the other way.
  • @t8keepr03 that's my issue too!  They gave me exercises to help him face the right way.  We have an ultrasound tomorrow to see which way he's facing.
