I thought it might be interesting/funny/heartbreaking/scandalous (lol) to hear what we've learned through our 6+ months of TTC.

One lesson per post please. ;-)

It can be something minute as learning about how your body works to something as groundbreaking as learning something new about you, your relationship with DH, about others, etc. It can be funny, sad, snarky, lighthearted, etc., etc.

I think we did this awhile ago and I know some of us have blogged about this, so let's lay it out on the table.

I know we've got some well-versed lurkers and also those who've been through this and had a happy ending....so there's got to be a plethora of knowledge to dispense.

I have learned to stop obsessing (for the most part). I am becoming far too busy to think "what if" every time I have extra CM, pains here or there, or any other random "symptoms". I've done all I can each cycle, and I just have to wait and see.

I've learned that some things are simply out of my control and no amount of planning, worrying, hoping will change the outcome.

And, cheating, I've learned that bitterness or anger are not always controllable, but our actions are. I may not be able stop the flash of bitterness, but I can control how I respond to others.

I agree with this one alot!!

I also have found that friends try really hard to be there for you but they just don't completely understand and this whole thing can be lonely.
