Think I am having a miscourage:(

this morning I woke up with cramping and they just kept gettig worse, I've been having pink spotting since last week and today it's gotten darker and just a little heavier, kind of like spotting/light bleeding with very little clots, nothing like a period. My cramps just got so bad I ended up going to the emergency room. They gave me a urine test and aparently it came back negative and they gave me an ultrasound and he said he couldn't find any signs of pregnancy. I am 7w1d today. The nurse has said I have most likely lost the baby. Now I just need a confirmation from the doctor once he gets the result of my last blood test

I am so upset. Please send your prayers, I feel like I just lost everything, I'm so lost right now and don't know how to feel, I just want to go home and curl up into a ball crying my eyes out.

Hang in there! I understand how you feel, I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks in July. Now I am 7 1/2 weeks and everything is going great. You will never forget that sweet baby, but look forward to getting pregnant again. I'm sure it will happen soon enough! Prayers to you & your family!

I'm going through the process right now as well. It is truly horrible. Just know you're not alone and that it is so common. That's all people keep saying but it actually does start to help. My hubby and I will start trying again after my next normal period. It seems very common to get pregnant again within a few months so try to keep that in mind. Prayers all around.

Thankyou everyone. This really means so much for me. It gets easier knowing that it's very common and it can happen to anyone. But it still breaks my heart. I cried myself to sleep last night and woke up crying. I hope time will heal. Prayers to the ladies who have experienced this and for the ladies going through the same thing. I can't eat, it's so hard to sleep or to even put a smile on my face, Im so miserable.
