Fetal movement

This is my first pregnancy and I'm trying to figure out whether I felt the baby move or not. Any one have a description that might make things more clear for me. To me it kind of felt like higher up on my stomach like a weird feeling of something brushing up against my stomach from the inside out. Nothing strong. But I'm wondering if that could've been the movement or if I'm just imagining it. Any descriptions/answers would be appreciated.

    I think it feels like a painless muscle twitch or sometimes like my stomach is doing a flip :)

    I am always uncertain if it's the baby, a cramp or gas. I guess the further along we get we can say "oh yeah that was it!" (Hopefully)

    When I first felt him it was often like a goldfish swimming. Now it feels like a muscle twitch

    I can see his movements on the outside of my tummy and can also feel it pushing against my hand. He's most active after I've eaten or had something sugary; and when I'm laying at in inclined position.

    At the start it just felt like a little flop, really quick. Now I can feel it from the outside and are unmistakable Kung fu kicks. They get stronger as the weeks go on. When I first felt it at 19w I didn't realize it was movement until it happened the next day and so on.

    This is my first pregnancy also and at first I was mistaking movements for gas or light cramps.
    It also feels like tightness. Once I realized this is the baby moving I started to describe it as my
    baby is rolling around or "doing back flips" lol. Sometimes at night time I can feel a little nudge here
    and there. It's kind of hard to determine movements right now, once I am further along they will be
    more noticeable, of course. I cannot wait to get to that point where I can feel his movements outside
    of my tummy. It's so exciting. My fiance is anxious about it as well.
