  My fasting numbers should not be above 90. I take glyburide before bed and at fasting time. It's really helped with numbers.

  Hi There. I have been taking glyburide for my fasting numbers since 10 weeks. My meal numbers are controlled with diet, but I can't control my fasting ones! They were in the 110-117 range. They started me on 1.25 mg, and now I'm up to 3.75mg in the evenings, once a day before bed. Have stayed consistent with this dosage for 2+ months now. My doctor wants my numbers to be under 95 each morning. Now they're usually between 80-90 on the glyburide.

  @starrysmile18‌ !! I had been struggling with my fasting too and then I decided to start eating cinnamon swirl toast at bed time for my snack and it's magical for me! Went from high 90's to low 80's over night and it's stayed consistent! Hope you're well, fellow Junie!

  I just buy it in the bread aisle. It's a small loaf but I've eaten it all different times of day and had good numbers! I think it's Pepperidge Farms.
