Feeling cold, Headache & chills

Hello there I am 21 weeks & 1 day pregnant since last night I have been experiencing a headache that will come & go, & it first started with chills. Now I cant seem to stay warm & when the cool air hits me I start with the chills again....waiting for my doctors office to open to see if I can get an appointment for today....any suggestions?
