6 wks after I had LO I was back in the gym, full force and it took me a few months but I eventually got back to my pre-preganancy weight. I was actually below for quite some time, but I started taking time off from the gym due to a bad illness (that is not yet 100% resolved) and then my grandmother (who I was very very very close with) passed away. I can't seem to get re-motivated. The thought of the gym excites me, but when its time to go I just decide I dont have the energy or I get nervous that I might have something wrong and its better not to go. Ive been eating really poorly too. Im so disappointed in myself.
Anyone have any secrets on how to get re-motivated?
