  • Yea, lol. Well my stomach itches from the stretching I'm assuming. But back pain sucks. My other annoyance is my wrists and knees, they feel weaker and it makes it a lot more painful to lift my body up from a low setting. Can't wait for baby to come out.

Sorry to burst your bubble but you can walk around 2 cm for weeks. I was dilated 2 cm at 35 weeks and was still a 2 when I had to have a medically necessary induction at 37 weeks. Why would you want your baby to come now?? Lungs need time to mature. Even being induced at 37 weeks I was still nervous his lungs weren't developed enough. Thank goodness he was healthy at delivery.

  • I was having a lot of pain in my back also and ended up having a UTI. May want to talk to your doctor!
  • I'm exactly as far along as you and I'm having the same pains. This is my second and I don't remember this happening so early. Hope you start feeling better. I am going to go get a massage and wear a belly support band!

My pelvic pain is sooooooooooo bad I have 4 weeks left :) and her kicks hurt soooooo bad but I love it haha
  • I am feeling the uncomfortableness just like everyone else but to wish our babies to be born early is not ok in my book. I am a special education teacher and some kiddos born at 34-36 weeks CAN have major delays in learning. Not all but some can. Just stay uncomfortable and help those brains and organs get fully developed!
  • There's a big difference, in my eyes, in wanting your pregnancy to be over versus hoping that your baby is born prematurely.  I can't wait for my baby to come either, but I'm not hoping that she will be born next week.  Just because it worked out in for the best for one of your children by no means guarantees that another baby would be as fortunate.  This isn't a matter of opinions, it's a scientific and medically based fact.  Babies are healthiest when they are born at least after 37 weeks and even more so when they are carried to term, which is 40 weeks.

  • I thought everyone was supposed to be supportive.
  • Yes honey, my body is in so much pain, and I'm not sleeping. I'm so ready for him to come
  • I'm 36 weeks today. Everything hurts. EVERYTHING. I'm swollen, my entire back hurts. My pelvis hurts with every move. Knees are weak. I don't know how I will make it 28 more days. :-S
