I'll go. I've lurked since the start and am glad to have emerged from lurkerdom. Participating is a lot more fun! Thanks for letting me jump in.
LO's name: Miles
LO's birth date: April 2
Latest baby purchase: a little gray corduroy newsboy cap from Target
LO's favorite food: blueberries, turkey, and cheese
Birth story tidbit: induced due to high BP, labored for 24 hours with little progress and lots of pitocin, decided to get epi, LO started having decelerations, unplanned c-section 6 hours after getting epi. Cord was around his neck twice, so it all ended up being a long road to the best result. (That's more than a tidbit. Sorry.)
Working my way up to pictures, but that's him crawling away from me in my avatar.
Ok I'll go next. I've been here from the start, only ever perticipated in votes so lame...I know.
LOs name: Avery
LOs birthday: April 28 (fun fact we share the same birthday)
Latest baby purchase: a talking book that she loves!
LOs favorite food: gerber puffs and strawberries
Tidbit from birth story: I was scheduled to be induced may 4, but the hospital put the wrong date in the system and they called April 27. She would have been born the 27th but the hospital was starting to computerize everything so it took 2 hours to start the induction instead of 30 minutes!
Would the regs be up for introducing yourselves again too, maybe, since it's been a long time since all that info was posted and this lurker has major mommy-brain and can't remember things?!
I've been here from the start too, but I think I only posted a couple times. Hi!
LO's name: Aria
LO's birthdate: April 18
Your latest baby purchase: A couple cute dresses at the outlets the other day
LO's favorite food: Pizza crust and anything in a pouch
A tidbit from your baby's birth story: I was induced due to a failed non stress test and started pitocin at 8am on the 18th. Around 1:45pm my water broke and I was dilated 1cm. Aria was born at 2:14pm. They had to push the panic button to get my doctor to come in and all the nurses were at lunch. It was fun.
And a picture of your LO! I don't have any pictures of her on my new computer yet. I'll add one later if I don't forget.
I'll do it since I'm still new-ish and busted in acting like a reg anyways lol.
LOs name: Mary Elizabeth
LOs birth date : 4/2
Latest baby purchase: a convertible car seat for my two door...and let me tell you what an adventure it is putting DD into the seat!
LOs favorite food:scrambled eggs and potatoes
Little bit from birth story: I was absolutely determined to have the baby on April fools day and I'm pretty sure I talked my body is into it that day because it began. Labored for 30 hours and they asked if I wanted a csection now or to keep trying. I asked "can I finally eat again after the csection" and they said "yes"(liars), so I said "let's do that then lol"
March siggy challenge: Dream job = Playing with wolves
purchase: catnip... Cat doesn't actually care for catnip, but he tells me it helps him keep his ho cats coming back.
food: he's really into oranges.
birthstory: Cat had 2 others in his litter. but we traded them for tickets to the dog show.. we like to heckle the dogs.
An ugly cat is the only thing I could imagine you were able to birth... Did it scratch you on the way out? I hear cat scratch fever is a bitch in the vag.
I'm starting to come here again after about a month of being off, so I'll introduce for those who are new
LOs name: Elise
LOs birth date : 4/26
Latest baby purchase: Pants. This girl has jumped to 12 or 18 month sizes all of a sudden and all her pants were way too short
LOs favorite food: everything! She has never shown dislike for a food. She even sucks on lemons. Avacado, quinoa and raspberries seem to be favorites.
Little bit from birth story: started getting a few contractions in the afternoon, but went about my day as usual. By 5 they were regular every five minutes. I labored for 17 hours with my first kid, so I went to take a shower expecting it to be a long wait. By 7 the pain was killing me. We dropped my son off at my friends and got to the hospital around 7:35 and checked in. I was at 9 cm. one push my water broke, Elise was born 5 minutes later at 7:55pm. So crazy fast

RUDE! no, I did not birth the cat silly.. Cat has a mama cat somewhere... I was just there for the birth.
Yes I may be that, but you witnessed a cat birth. Isn't there a catbump you would be better suited for? I'm sure it exists on the interwebz And it will give you millions of dollars for the grumpy cat in your signature. $$ is what you're after right? And fame?
Your latest baby purchase: New PJs...he outgrew his old ones like literally over night
LO's favorite food: avocados and sweet potatoes
A tidbit from your baby's birth story: I was induced at 38 weeks due to high blood pressure. Got an epi 6 hours later, then just 1 hour later he made his arrival after 3 pushes! He was awesome
And a picture of your LO! I'm weird about pictures, but he's blonde haired, big blue eyed, has a natural Mohawk (it is hilarious and I love it!), and a dimple in his chin
LO's favorite food: She loves bananas and sweet potato fries.
A tidbit from your baby's birth story: my water broke but I had no contractions. Started pitocin and got an epi 12 hours later, when I was only 3 cm. by 21 hours in, I developed a fever and was only 6 cm so ended up in a c section.
Your latest baby purchase: 2 pack of Carter's pjs with owls on them
LO's favorite food: sweet potatoes or blueberry puffs
A tidbit from your baby's birth story: induced 4 days after due date, had epidural (which kept wearing off), labor short and sweet (12 hours). I like to think the easy birth was the universe's way of repaying me for 2 crappy years of fertility treatments.
And a picture of your LO! Here is Sophie on the day she turned 9 months!

A tidbit from your baby's birth story: my water broke at 9pm has I stood up from cuddling my 2 yo for a late bedtime. Contractions started about an hr later. Went to hospital around 1:30 am. He was born shortly after 5am with a brief scary moment of getting semi stuck and the nurse jumping up on the bed and pushing on me to help get him out. His poor face was black & blue for days.
The app won't let me upload pics. Any suggestions on how to fix that?
Also been around since the beginning, but haven't posted often

Hi! I have been around since the beginning. Mostly lurking with an occasional post. Glad to have the opportunity to say hi and reintroduce myself.
LO's name: Angelo
Birth date: 4/20
Latest purchase: Ferber sleep book... We are seriously getting no sleep. How is it possible that it's getting worse instead of better?!?
Fave foods: bananas, sweet potatoes, toast with jelly
Birth story: I had 2 epidural a because the first one only made my left knee numb. 2x the pain, however, once I was numb I felt absolutely nothing until hours after I gave birth.
Going to try to add a photo but I'm really bad at bump mobile
Your latest baby purchase: books (they jump into my cart at costco!)
LO's favorite food: she will eat anything! But some faves include blueberries, sweet potatoes, scrambled egg
A tidbit from your baby's birth story: My water broke at home, and when we went to l&d, the nurse let us look at the amniotic fluid under the microscope. I am a nurse and fascinated by such things, so I was excited about that. My labour lasted only 4 hours (2nd baby), and recovery was so much easier the 2nd time around.
I guess I'm kind of a reg these days but I lurked for a long time. I didn't really come around until after DS was born and I was nursing for HOURS. Here goes:
LO's name: Edwin
LO's birthdate: 4/5
Your latest baby purchase: Food pouches
LO's favorite food: He eats everything I give him. Today he ate snow.
A tidbit from your baby's birth story: I had an unmedicated water birth. Labor lasted about 18 hours, 45 mins of pushing. I didn't plan to have him in the tub but I was laboring there and you couldn't have paid me to move at that point. And I did NOT poop while pushing, lol!!
I have been a lurker from the beginnig, taking in all of the advice a FTM could ever need!!
LO's name: Sawyer Cole
LO's birthdate: 4/6
Your latest baby purchase: Spring/ Summer clothes! Shorts are good anytime in FL!
LO's favorite food: Spaghetti! But really hasn't found anything he doesn't enjoy.
A tidbit from your baby's birth story: I had just gotten out of the bath when my water broke, contractions came on quick and non stop. Got to the hospital and nurse recommended epi to slow the contractions a bit. 5 hours later our Sawyer was here!
And a picture of your LO! Let's see if I can figure this out...

LO's name: Emma
LO's birthdate: 5/8/14
Your latest baby purchase: baby crocs. they're so darn cute, you guyz!
LO's favorite food: avocado. she ate almost an entire avocado for breakfast today.
A tidbit from your baby's birth story: took hypnobabies, planned a med-free birth but was in labor for 30+ hours and ended up with pit+epi after I stopped dilating at 8cm. I broke my pelvis in college, so I'm thinking that was a big part of the reason everything didn't go as planned.
