I'll be a little over 7 weeks. My OBGYN would see me as soon as 6 weeks, but I'm going to be out of town that week. Every practice I've been to (3 so far) has done it a little different.
My doctor's office waits until 8-9 weeks for first prenatal appointments. Does your first appointment include an u/s? If yes, just know that it may be too early to see/hear the heartbeat.
I just scheduled my first appointment and its going to be March 16 and I'll be 10 weeks. I'm so anxious and the next 6 weeks are going to go by so slow!!!
I'll be a little over 8 weeks at mine, they'll do an u/s to determine due date at mine. So I'm kind of glad to be seen later so we can actually see a little babe in the uterus.
I thought 6 weeks sounded a little early. I told them the date of my last period and that week was the week they offered. They even have me going to a "first time parents" class the week before my appointment. It all seems a bit like jumping the gun! First timer though, so don't know what is to be expected. I was hoping for an u/s... Think they'll get me in for one sometime between my first appt at 6 wks and my next, which I assume would be at 12?
I don't have an appt for the intake yet, last time I was 10 weeks for that. But I will be going for an ultrasound the week after valentines day after I'm 6 weeks. I need to have one early since I've had an ectopic.
I have my first ultrasound at 6 weeks 5 days. I've had 3 miscarriages and tried clomid so I'm assuming thats why they scheduled me early. They did warn me that sometimes you don't hear a heartbeat that early so don't freak out!
Mine is having me come in at 6 weeks as well, but that's more of a gathering of information, probably a pregnancy test, informal kind of thing. My first prenatal is at 10 weeks... That wait might kill me.
mMine is tomorrow I will be 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I have no idea what the policy is at the clinic I just went ahead and made my appointment online.
I haven't even called to get a primary caregiver yet. I only found out on Sunday. So I have no idea when my first appointment will be. I *think* my first appointment with my first was around 6 weeks, just to meet with the midwives and tour the facilities, ask questions, etc. Then there was another at 10 weeks. This time around I have no idea what to expect.
First appointment will be March 3rd. I will be 9w3d. I don't know what to expect. Will I have an ultrasound? Will I see a baby yet? Can I bring my husband? This is my first pregnancy so have no idea.
Mine is March 4. I'll be 8 weeks and 1 day. My doc does the first appointment b/w 8-10 weeks, so I got in as quickly as I could. They said to bring my husband. It's hard to wait... Sometimes it doesn't even feel real...
I'm actually hoping to put off my 1st appointment until April. Our insurance rolls over then and this is my 3rd pregnancy. I'm fairly confident that I know what's going on and what to expect.

I called and scheduled my first appointment as soon as I found out I was pregnant on Thursday and they will be seeing me today. I am only 5 weeks and 1 day and have no history of miscarriage.
I went in last night at 5w4d. Really informal. My OB did an U/S but we just saw the sack and yolk. She told me to come back in two weeks with my husband to see the heartbeat. Also my blood pressure was high so she wants me to monitor it everyday
I went in this morning at 6 weeks and 2 days for an ultrasound. We had to do a transvaginal ultrasound because the abdominal only picked up the gestational sac, but we were able to see a heartbeat! Not going to lie, I totally cried. Our first official appointment with my OBGYN isn't until mid-March but I think they wanted me to come in sooner for the ultrasound because I had been experiencing some spotting and light cramping.
Had my first appt this morning. Thought I was 6 weeks but doc said I'm only 5, booo. They did a Pap smear and an ultrasound and I could see the yolk sac scheduled my real 1st preggo appt for Mar 3 (this one was just to confirm, yes I'm knocked up lol). They said they'll do more, collect blood etc at the next one, I'll be about 8 weeks then.
