  My hcg levels were still high, but dropped by 200 since Wednesday. So now we will just confirm mc Tuesday with u/s and I guess I will have to make a hard decision as to how to go about it. Thank you all for your prayers.

  In praying everything is good for you and i am sure it will be, try to stay optimistic i know its hard but it helps. Sometimes a woman can ovulate twice in the same cycle weeks apart it happend to a friend of mine. She actually got pregnant with twins that were conceived a different times! Could be in your case 1rst one didn't fertilize but second one does its apparently pretty common! Wish the best of luck to you

  Thoughts and prayers to you and your family. I went through this in October and am now 6w 4d again, scared to death for our first ultrasound as we don't want a repeat! Wishes for a speedy recovery both physical and emotional. Xo
