Unfortunately we haven't heard back on the situation our case worker contacted us about. She said she hoped to give us an answer either way sometime this week.

It's really really hard when you feel like your a good fit and you just want things to work out so badly. I just wanted to thank everyone for the positive thoughts!

We heard back from the agency this afternoon. We weren't chosen. I'm not gonna like, I'm really disappointed as we really thought this was it. Tomorrow's another day though and it'll happen when the time is right.

Sorry to hear that....hope your match comes soon! I think I remember you are now working with the national agency we are also working with for a second time. (?) Our first match was under 3 months but now waiting 13+ months this time....the waiting is hard for sure!
