Hi Girls!
22.5 weeks here and doing okay. Some days I’m starving, some days I can’t eat.
It really depends on the day and what he wants, I guess.
I do have more energy, have become an organizational freak, and have a love for
any Mexican right now.
Other than that—nothing too exciting. Just growing more and
more each day.
QOTD: I got my name from my grandpa who passed when my
mother was only 17. I have the female version of his name.
@hooligans4 - Anywhere from 41+3 to 41+5. I have my next appt Monday. They will do an NST and Ultrasound then. Based on how the baby is doing they will likely schedule accordingly. But baby's heart rate is still nice and strong - as high as 152 with activity at this week's appt. And he/she is still active.
Hoping this little person comes on their own and doesn't require forceful eviction!
AFM, I've had a 'flashback to the first trimester' kind of a week. I want to sleep all the time, eat all the time, and have been moody. I'm hoping it's a growth spurt, but this might be what it'll be like till delivery.
QOTW: not sure either, possibly named after a royal
I had a scan today to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. Baby's sac is exactly where it is supposed to be, will go back in 10 days or so to see if there's a heartbeat.
QOTW: no interesting naming story for me. My parents just like the name.
I believe I am 5w and 3 days today! I had beta #3 and its really strong! Came back at 16,620 at 14dp5dt. So I have my first U/S on 2/9! I can't wait for that!
No morning sickness yet, just extremely bloated. My abdomen looks like I'm 5 mo pregnant, especially after I eat. I finally broke down and took Gas-X today, I couldn't stand it anymore because it's now accompanied with gas pains. It's worse now than after my retrieval!
QOTD: My parents wanted a French first name to go with my very French last name.
It's strange to post this and I'm kind of scared to do it but I am going to go with positive thinking and post as a grad. I am 5 weeks today. I've had my first and second betas (151 and 470 respectively) and have my third on Monday, so I am looking forward to seeing another great increase. After that is complete they will schedule my ultrasound for 7 weeks. I truly can't wait for that, it hasn't really sunk in and I don't think it will until I see what is going on in there! I am having a lot of morning sickness, midday sickness and evening sickness. Just a low level nausea all the time. Coffee makes me want to retch and I got a little queasy handling the chicken for dinner. And the bloating, I'm pretty sure my friends that I haven't told think I am holding back and that I am actually 6 months pregnant, ridiculous! All that being said, I think I am walking around in a delirious haze over this miracle, even when I am miserable!
QOTD: My grandmother and my mother picked my first and middle names, then proceeded to argue over what order they should be in. To this day my grandmother has never called me by my first name because she prefers my middle name. If I ever wonder where my stubborn streak comes from all I have to do is think of that!
A few days late here. I have mostly been posting at the other place but wanted to update you ladies. My NT scan was today and all looks good. I'm now waiting to get my blood drawn for mat21.
Me: 37 DH: 45 BFP #1 3/19/14 EDD 11/29/14 MMC D&C 4/24/14 BFP #2 12/4/14 Beta #1 218 at 12dpo Beta #2 1055 at 16dpo Saw heartbeat 12/29. Please be a rainbow.
22 weeks here. Had my a/s last week - all looked well, baby measured exactly to-the-day and we were able to see we're expecting a boy. Since it's football season, DH is convinced he'll be the next Aaron Rodgers
Feeling good... hoping that lasts!
QOTD: My name is pretty unusual, even though it is only one letter off from a common name. Initially, my parents found an even more unusual name in a baby book and liked the meaning. Then they started sharing it with people... nobody could understand what they were saying, so they tweaked it.

Funny story, but scares me a little! MIL has already asked DH to name baby after FIL. I'm happy using it as a mn, but definitely not first. She's pretty stubborn also!

Hi everyone! At 9 weeks 4 days now and everything seems to be going fine. I haven't had an ultrasound or heard the heartbeat or anything yet. My OB doesn't see me for the first time until 12 weeks. I'm taking progesterone and feeling super nauseas and gross so I guess that's a good sign. I think about you all often and pray you get your bfp soon!
My name was the only one my parents could agree on and my dad chose it.
Hey ladies! @Lady2010 my goodness baby sure wants to stay in you forever!!
Mia Maria (finally decided on mn) surprised us for sure! It was not an easy csection but all is well. She is so tiny but I can't get enough of her. I stare at her all day and can't believe she is mine. MH showed little interest while I was PG (long story..we were having issues) but to watch him with her now melts my heart. She already has him wrapped around her finger!
Hoping to get discharged today. I'm still in pain and swollen everywhere. @hooligans4 my mother is driving me to have a rum n coke before I want one lol. Sending lots of positive vibes to all you ladies. Some pics below!
QOTW: My parents came over from Belgrade when my mom was 6 months PG. She didnt speak English when I was born. She loved the name Rebecca from someone she knew so that was that!! Guessbi should of been happy she didnt name me some crazy Serbian name

@BeckyP005 is it creepy that I'm I love with Mia. She just looks so precious. Enjoy every minute if this. It goes by fast, my little girl is 18 it has flown by.
Let me know when I have to come to PA for some rum and cokes!!!!
A few days late here. It's been an exciting week -- 11 weeks now. I had my 2nd OB appointment. Got to hear the heartbeat again. I lost a couple pounds since last visit, but then again last visit was a few days after Christmas! I'm actually kind of relieved. After the appointment, we told our parents. My mom was surprised and happy. We told my husband's parents via Skype that it might be hard to fly out for Thanksgiving this year with a 2.5 year old and a 3 month old. There was a slight pause, but then they both got it at the same time. Fun to see the looks on their faces! They are absolutely thrilled. I also told one of my best friends who is due in April. Fun stuff! I still have bouts of nausea and am still pretty tired. I was hoping that was getting better, but yesterday was a rough one.
QOTD: My name was a total last minute decision and pretty random. My parents had two girl names picked out ahead of time and decided I didn't look like a Jennifer or a Julie.
Congrats on the new babies that were born and the new BFPs!
Hi ladies! Iliana is 1 month 1 week today! She now weighs 6 lbs 10 oz . Had to push the feedings because she had low body fat. She looks like newborn now! Lol we are all still in love. So happy for the graduates here! I still lurk and I am on the other site too with same name. Wishing you all the best! Here are some pics
Love the photos @BeckyP005 (hope you heal up quickly!!) & @Samuelismomma!! Precious girls! Congrats again!!
I have a whole list of complaints (BP, anemia, SPD issues) that I won't bore you with!! Excited about being close to 34 weeks, I have no idea where the time has gone!! My next OB appt is Feb 13th and includes an ultrasound, so will get to see how he's doing and if he's still breech! With a little more relaxing (I've had to force myself), I have actually been feeling a bit better over the past few days!
QOTW: I was named after the singer "Melanie" who was popular during the 70s that my dad liked, think my mom settled on the name.
