I have a hard time believing this is a serious post...but if it is, as others have stated, there is no way a bunch of strangers on the internet can magically tell her who her baby daddy is. My advice is if you can't commit to one guy, use a condom - not only for obvious health reasons but also because it is not fair to bring a child into that drama filled lifestyle.
