  I think a lot of the recent posts are fake. Someone who's pissed off and has way too much time on their hands trying to make the forums seem super shitty. Not a coincidence that once all the drama went down all of sudden people with no posting history posting posts that are generally hated here.

  please you know that shit happened on the daily before. Plus how do you explain other boards having the same issues. Is everyone from EVERY board out to fuck shit up? I don't think so. Like I said before most of them voiced their opinions and moved on.

  Nope. The people who left are happy and very busy in their new home. This board's current state is a testament to the value of the snark that so many complained about before. Snarky replies to stupid questions shut them down and encourage the asker to go somewhere else where those kinds of questions are better received. When these kinds of questions aren't shut down, they abound. There were plenty of stupid questions before, but they were promptly shut down AND there were lots of regs here posting interesting content.   I think a lot of times users are not doing their own research first, using the bump community as a their personal google search engine.
  
  We can all skip over posts, but the bottom line is you should educate yourself to the max and then use the board as a place to look for comparisons, advice, or experience from other mothers and mothers-to-be.

  For the people saying this board is for support you are right, but when people are asking the same question over and over again it's annoying and clogging the board with dumb questions that can easily be answered by googling or using the search bar here because they all have been asked already. The ladies here are supportive but you can't expect them to repeat the same answers daily and you can't expect untrained internet strangers to tell you if it's a boy or girl!! Just because some of them are parents already doesn't make them professional ultrasound techs.

  Umm no I never complained about them telling people to use
  Google or a baby book.. Because people need to do both those things before posting. And for whatever reason stupid questions are a plenty right now but don't worry that shit will be under control soon enough.
