@jro1602 that's great news!! I think we literally are on the same schedule since mine was put in on wed which was day 2. Was yours a five day transfer? Good luck! Are you secretly hoping for twins? I'm already getting nutty and wondering if I'm feeling implantation type pains but I guess it's early lol. Unless we can feel them hatching?? Haha.

@vballbaby yes mine was 5 day. I would honestly love twins as DH and I would like a large family and I can't imagine doing this over and over! I also have a pretty extensive family history of cancer and my RE wants me on meds for as little amount of time as possible.
I don't test until the 29th. It def seems like an eternity! We will have to hel each other through it somehow

Xp from the other place. I'M NOT CANCELLED! I came very close to getting cancelled because my E2 was too high at my baseline (350) but it was down today (300) and the RE gave the ok to go ahead with starting injects tomorrow. Let's get this show on the road
Official diagnosis: Unexplained IF.
I am 32. I have low ovarian reserve (low AMH), and poor egg quality. I've also been diagnosed with mild glandular developmental arrest (lining problems, detected with EFT).
We are using open ID donor sperm.
IUIs #1-7=BFN.
IVF September 2014 antagonist protocol, 8R,5M,3F, 5 day transfer of 1 morula = BFN. IVF#2 planned for January 2015 (antagonist protocol + HGH).
@jro1602 - My 5 day blasts were put in early this morning! DH & I are already referring to them as our babies.
@vballbaby - DH & I are hoping for twins... but it's no secret. We were very upfront about it. I started TTC over 10 years ago... my clock is ticking... fast. I keep talking to them like a weirdo. lol My paperwork says it's completely normal to feel some cramping or slight pains. I can't imagine you'd feel them hatching.
My beta will be sometime between the 27th and the 30th, I will probably go on the 29th. But I know I will POAS before that... multiple times.
@vballbaby the craziest thing happened at my last acupuncture appointment and I of course had to share with you! I started BCP and then a few days after I had an acupuncture session-- well this time the one in my right wrist BURNED! Turns out that is the pressure point for balancing hormones! I couldn't believe the strong reaction I had, but it makes total sense. This just makes me feel that this really is helping my body prep for baby
I'm the only one still floating around with not much going on....
Good news - baseline Monday and then we'll start lupron/follistim protocol. I tend to be on it for about 12-13 days but we'll see. Hoping for a lot of follies this time! So prob an ER on 2/1 or so...

Sooooo, the horrible lab that jabs needles into ppl never sent my beta results. My RE's nurse had to call the hospital and get them verbally. So relieved she got them! HCG came back at 408! I was hoping for at least 100 :-P.
E2 and P were a bit low at 118 and 20, so I'm back up to 3 estrace daily and 2cc PIO. Today's treat was 2.5cc PIO to kick start things.
I'm waiting for at least beta#2 to call this a success (maybe even HB on u/s). Stick, baby/babies, stick!
IVF#1 (w/ICSI): BCP 9/9-9/23. Gonal-F, Ganirelix, Low-dose HCG (antagonist protocol). 41R/35M/32F... 2 transferred on 10/14, 14 frosties! On cabergoline to help avoid OHSS. BFN, possibly because of 90% drop in estrogen and progesterone a few days after ET.

All that energy and bloodflow is great for baby, keep it up! @emmuffy great news and good luck! @mamakakes611 most of the ladies have moved to the other place, I'm just still lurking here for a while still. Hi ladies - I feel like a jerk but I just don't have the energy to delve into everything that has been going on with the bump lately. For everyone with great news this week - congrats!! For those of you facing setbacks or uncertainties, I'm so sorry ((hugs)).
We've been on a high all weekend. The ER on Friday was 100% more painful than I ever thought it would be (no anesthesia), but they got 21 eggs. All 21 were mature, 18 fertilized, 15 were still going strong today and we transferred two of them. We'll be trying to stay positive and hopeful and just enjoy being PUPO!
Married in 2006, TTC since Dec 2012 Unexplained IF, Hypothyroidism
Oh my gosh @.mrs.matt. Congrats! How did you go through with ER with no anesthesia?! I can't even imagine that's an option ouch! And I'm curious with all those embies why a 2 day transfer? Good luck and congrats again on being pupo!
Me 42, DH 33, TTC for about a year naturally (but no protection for 4 yrs). Together 6 yrs, married June 2014. @vballbaby - I took valium and they gave me an IV with something to 'help me forget,' which was not very comforting! I think the pain was somewhat dulled, but I cried through the entire procedure. I'm so grateful my DH could be there for me to squeeze his hand!!
And yeah, 2 day transfers. They feel the embryo is better off in the uterus than in a petri dish. Their pregnancy rates are in the normal range, and this is the only clinic available that isn't 3 hours away from us. But the whole 2DT thing has not sat very well with me!
Congrats to you too!!
Edited to say: I don't want it to sound like my clinic is awful, they are truly wonderful!
Married in 2006, TTC since Dec 2012 Unexplained IF, Hypothyroidism
That sounds awful and scary! I wonder why they don't do the twilight? I'm glad your DH was there but if you were on Valium and still crying from the pain that's a bit traumatizing I hope you are ok. Nothing wrong with a 2 day tsf, I had one. I've read about some clinics preferring it. Do they allow the others to continue growing in the lab to see how they do?

@.Mrs.Matt. I was in a lot of pain for my ER too. Because I have asthma they couldn't give me the pain killer so they just upped the dose of the drug that was supposed to stone me. I still felt it though espcailly on my left side where the most eggs were. I hope your feeling better soon.
@vballbaby - thank you! I am feeling pretty good! And good to hear of another clinic doing 2 day transfers, I think I remember another person on here with the same set up. I just find it surprising that not all clinics are growing them to 5 or 6 days. They froze all of the other embryos right away. I hope you are enjoying being PUPO!
@tifga - I feel ya! Sorry it had to be a painful experience, I hope you are doing well! Exciting that you are so close to beta!
Married in 2006, TTC since Dec 2012 Unexplained IF, Hypothyroidism
I had my Day 8 ultrasound today... we have 11 follies in the 12-14.5 range, 7 more in the 10-12 range, a handfull in the 8-10 range that might catch up and then a few tiny stragglers that are out. So... looking at 20 or so contenders. I am pretty pleased with that -- possibly 20 or so eggs would be a great number without over-stimming like I did last time. Still waiting on the blood results to confirm, but it looks like we are still on track for a Friday ER.

Sorry that I've been MIA! I'm still on Lupron and Estrace. I go in tomorrow for an ultrasound and bloodwork. Transfer is next Tuesday! I can't believe it. It is so different doing an FET compared to a full Ivf cycle. Still doing acupuncture and yesterday I had an awesome massage. I'm eating sushi tonight and having some wine, cause after transfer I won't have them. Hope everyone is doing well.
