If you're concerned call your doctor. My pregnancy book says by 28 weeks the baby is often getting into a wake/sleep pattern. Also, the movement is usually felt less when you're active.
Try taking an hour to relax. Lay on your left side & drink some cold water. This usually works for me.
Sometimes the position of where your baby is located means feeling less movement.
Know what's awesome? Krispy Kreme doughnut s'mores. 2 glazed doughnuts, marshmallow on one, 1/2 a Hershey bar on the other, pop that sucker under the broiler till it gets melty, then smoosh together. Amazingness!

Yes it was planned, yes we know what causes that, no we are not on public assistance, and yes we will be getting cable after this.
Decided I needed breakfast for lunch today so we went to Cracker Barrel. I had eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, french toast, and biscuits + gravy. There was very little left. I'm not proud..........
