Geekchick, J's stump fell off this morning, And a stump question for more experienced Moms...

So you see it FINALLY fell of (c's fell off after 1 week)

It sitll looks a little wet but no blood, can I give her a bath or should I wait until it looks dry and totally healed?

    Our doctor said not until totally dried out.  But he silver nitrated it her appt.

    i think you should wait until it's totally dry. ?but maybe i'm a little paranoid. ?Colin just got his 2nd real bath this morning. ?his stump finally fell off in it's entirety this past weekend. ?a huge chunk had fallen off the week before.

    It's freaking me out because I have a terrible habit of picking at my own scabs and things.  I won't pull it off but it's completely dry and normal looking everywhere underneath where the stump was except for the one little thread where it's still attached.  It turns all the way around when DD moves but it won't just fall off.  I'm hoping it'll come off today.
