I tried shaving blind and I just make myself so nervous. I can no longer move the belly out of the way to see it anymore. H doesn't care, but the long hair gets caught in my underwear and drives me bonkers! I don't know what the remedy is for this. I'm a little worried to let him try to shave me since the skin is so delicate down there..
This go around I've trimmed and shaved mayve 3x. I don't really care. And believe me no one cares in the delivery room. That's the last thing on your mind. I'm still going to trim only because of the bleeding afterwards. I just feel gross with all that blood and a full bush. Lol.
Add me to the list of people who have DH take care of it for me He bought a new beard trimmer so I nabbed the old one for my lady bits. I usually SUGGEST that we can have some fun afterward - and he is happy to assist!
I have been trying the best I can, blindly. But thinking I need to get DH in on this. After my first baby, I saw a couple weeks later just how bad it was down there. But I guess I didn't really care while in labor. But for everyone considering waxing who hasn't done it before, I wouldn't try it for the first time. I got a bikini wax before a trip last year & had a reaction, it was all red & bumpy & painful for awhile not worth it!
PPD/PPA Mom...it has been super hard, but I'm making it! Slow steps... Mom to Carter (6), and Calianne (1). Proud VBAC, natural birth, breastfeeding, cloth diapering momma!
