Any other early walkers?

She took her first unassisted steps on wednesday from the table to me and today her best was 4-5 steps from a toy to the couch. I'm having a hard time being excited because my heart is breaking with how quickly she's growing up.

DD #1 lost her first tooth this week too so I'm just a puddle of mess.

DD1 walked at 7months. DD2 only cruises the furniture so far.

O has been cruising furniture for 2ish months and can stand for about 5 seconds on his own. No steps yet though. DS1 was the same and ended up not walking until 13mo.

Can stand with furniture and eve let go with one hand to pick things up. But can't let go with both hands yet

No where close here, but I do feel your pain. Everytime they do something they used to need me for it makes me sad. They feed them selves, hold their own bottles, want to turn book pages alone. .. Le sigh.

M is close! He's been cruising for a few months now, and just in the past two weeks has mastered forward walking with a walker, which he'll push back and forth across the house all day. He does the unassisted standing thing for a few seconds, but hasn't yet attempted a step. I can see him looking, though, gauging distances. His big brother was a late crawler and an average walker (walked at 13 months), so this early stuff is outside my experience.

He stands on his own and unknowingly steps around. He's been walking around furniture for two months now, but nothing consistently unassisted.

She will stand on her own, until she realizes she does it, and grabs whatever is closest or falls on her butt. Cruises furniture, walks with walker, and in a walker, close but no cigar. She isn't quite there...maybe in the next month or so. She is getting into the sitting position from crawling and everything too. She wants to so bad, so does DH...so between the two of them it's not going to be long. I need time to slow down...

DD crawls, sits, stands up hiding on to everything and anything. Recently she has been moving her feet around a bit when she is standing up. But she can't walk with the walker yet. I'm hoping she gets started soon though because she's been asked to be a flower girl at my sisters wedding in April but only IF she can walk by then. Lol!

She has been standing (assisted) and cruising for the last month but last night was the first 2 second stand alone. I have a horrible feeling that walking is about to happen shortly. Proud but definitely sad that she is growing too fast!

Braelyn has been taking unassisted steps for about a month now and has recently decided she's going to try running too. I'm sad to see her growing up but love watching her wobble around!

Not mine, but there is a little girl in DD's DC class that stood up at 5 months and was walking comfortably by 6 months. She's all over that class. Apparently it runs in her family, but I've never seen a little person walk that way. It looks like one of those commercials where the baby is playing the stock market or whatever it is.
