Such a relief to see others in their early 20s. I'm 21 and DH is 23. Been married for 1 month (yay shotgun weddings!). Baby is due August 5th. My pregnancy is unplanned and interfering with my ideal plans for school, but I'm willing to accept that. We told our parents and grandparents immediately and it went very well. I think most relatives tend to see the big picture and come around to show their support, even if it takes a while. Try not to stress too much, @bbax44. Once you announce, it is their choice to be accepting or unaccepting. And honestly, who can resist a cute baby?
True that!! I told my mom about a week or so ago and it went better than expected, now shes over it and dying for everyone to know. I just want to wait until my first u/s to make a big announcement. Yay us!! @skippinkate
I'm 18 and due 10th August and I will be 19. Was not planned but still very happy! If anyone is in the same situation as me give me a message it would be nice to have someone in the same situation to talk to.
I'm 19 will be 20 when I deliver our first child. Got married at 18 and my husband is 21. Wasn't exactly trying but hey, nothing like a nice surprise on our anniversary to make the day complete.
I'm a first time mommy as well! I'm 18 right now, but will be 19 when I have this little one! Me and my boyfriend are so exicted, and hoping that we're having a boy! We're saving up money so we can move in together this spring or summer, and to get married in the following years!
I'm 22 and finally pregnant again after 2 years! I was 19 when we got married and lost a baby 2 weeks before I turned 20 so this isn't my first pregnancy but hopefully little moogle will stay as healthy as he/she is right now!
I'm 16 and I know in 95% of peoples eyes I am too young, immature or irresponsible to have a baby, however I am 12 weeks pregnant and trying my absolute hardest to pass my first year of college and I'm prepared to put everything into giving this baby a happy future and determined to do it by myself and show I don't need to rely on anyone, this could be the only thing in life I truly succeed at!
I was 22 when I had my first, and 24 when I had my second. Now I'm 32 and pregnant with my third and I have to say, my 32 year old body is definitely a little more prone to fatigue (and aches, nausea, mood swings, lol) than my 22year old body! Good luck, ladies, being a young mom is awesome...and ignore any nay-sayers that say otherwise!
